Terms & Conditions of Booking for the Touring & Camping
Park
GENERAL
All persons using these premises do so entirely at their
own risk and no responsibility will be accepted by Hurley
Riverside Park for loss or damage to vehicles, tents,
caravans or other effects or equipment however caused.
The river is dangerous to non-swimmers. Boats require
a licence from the Environment Agency.
An entry card must be obtained for use of the Riverside
Picnic Grounds.
Generators, Loud Radios & Fires are not permitted
on the Park.
Vehicles will only be admitted to the camping areas between
8am and 10pm and must be parked as the Campsite Supervisor
directs. No vehicles may be driven in such a manner as
to cause a nuisance to other people. A maximum of 2 cars
per pitch is permitted.
An Environment Agency Rod Licence and a day ticket are
needed for fishing.
Commercial or converted vehicles will not be admitted.
No refunds can be made for early departure.
Loss or damage, for which any occupier of the pitch/accommodation
may be responsible, will be paid for in full before departure.
The first named person is responsible for the booking
and is over 18 years of age.
Noise should be kept to a minimum after 10.30 p.m.

Please note that in the event of cheques being represented
to the Bank, a charge will be made.
Cancellations must be made in writing (see below for
charges) We recommend you take out cancellation insurance
CANCELLATION CHARGES
In the event of cancellation or curtailment, the following
cancellation charges will be made if cancelled:
On or after arrival: 100% of holiday cost
1 - 13 days before arrival: 60% of holiday cost
14 - 28 days before arrival: 30% of holiday cost
over 28 days before arrival: 20% of holiday cost
N.B The minimum cancellation charge is £10.
FEES
The balance of fees must be paid on arrival. In the event
that a cancellation is made prior to arrival with a valid
reason, the Park Management may at its discretion, permit
the bookings to be transferred to another date in the same
season. This is subject to adequate notice being given by
the person making the cancellation.
REFUNDS
No refunds will be made for early departure.
ADMISSIONS
We reserve the right to refuse any booking and the right
of admission is reserved.
All caravans are admitted at the discretion of the
campsite Supervisor. Untidy caravans will not be admitted
even if booked.
No pitches are available for parties of under 18s
unaccompanied by an adult.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Late arrivals (after 8.00 p.m.) may not be admitted to the
Caravan Park unless previously arranged with the touring
park reception.
THE PITCH
Gazebos and pup tents may only be erected with the express
permission of the Campsite Supervisor.
DOGS
Dogs must be kept under strict control and not be left
unattended on the Park.
Please clear up after your dog.
VISTORS
All visitors must report to reception and leave the park
by 10.30 p.m.

Hire Caravan Holiday Home keys will only be available
between 4.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
No accommodation is available for parties of young
persons.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Hire Caravan Holiday Homes must be vacated by 10.00 a.m.
and left clean and tidy.
THE CARAVAN
Your caravan will be equipped for the
number of persons shown on the booking form.
REFUNDS
Refunds are made at the discretion of the Company.
DOGS
Dogs must be kept under strict control and not left
unattended. One dog is permitted in Economy 4D.
Dogs are not permitted in any other caravan
Unless otherwise notified, beds appropriate to the number
of occupants are made up with duvets and pillows. Blankets
are also provided in cold weather. Towels and tea towels
are not included but can be provided at £10 per caravan
per week. For stays of 2 weeks or more, bed linen will be
changed weekly.
All caravans are equipped with TV and DVD player and
access to our free DVD library. The Premium caravans are
also equipped with full central heating.
